Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most products, the standard return window is 3 days.
  2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  3. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer product page) the product would not be accepted.


How to Raise a Request

Please fill in the required details in the exchange form. Once submitted, our customer support executive will contact you within 3 working days to guide you through the next steps.


In Case of Missed Pick-Up

If the product is not handed over during the scheduled pick-up, you will need to ship it to us at your own expense. Saffora will not be responsible for any issues if the product is not received.


Product Pick-Up

Saffora will arrange a pick-up from the address provided. Please ensure availability, as the courier partner will make only one pick-up attempt.
